T.O.S. and Sheffield join forces

Transport & Offshore Services (T.O.S.) and Sheffield Offshore Services have joined forces to broaden their range of high quality personnel services. The new venture is called TOS Sheffield Pte. Ltd. and based in Singapore. By joining forces, TOS Sheffield will be able to supply a full range of crew, consisting of manpower for the marine, offshore construction, oil and gas industry and project management.
