WSF'S NEW 64-CAR FERRIES TO PHASE OUT OLDER VESSELS

Washington State Ferries (WSF) currently has a new 64-car ferry under construction at Todd Pacific Shipyards, Seattle, Wash. It's the first in a planned series of three to four that will help phase out some vessels in WSF's aging fleet. WSF is currently awaiting bids for an additional two of the 64-car ferry series.rnThe first in the series will provide service on the Port Townsend/Keystone route and is expected to be delivered Summer 2010.
