EDUCATION IS JOB ONE

In the nation's capital, there is an educational process taking place critical to Waterways Council, Inc. (WCI) and many other waterways and ports industry organizations. With the massive political shift after the mid-term elections, there is an urgent need to educate new members of Congress about the critical value of America's port and waterways system and all that it provides to the nation's economic well-being, to congestion relief and to environmental stewardship.
