CSD's RISE Extender Frame is gaining popularity now that the cost of maintenance on vessels has gone up. Designed for the purpose of upgrading existing block systems to the RISE system, the extender frames reduce maintenance cost by facilitating the removal and addition of cables.rnThe extender frame can be used for all Ao-A6o multi cable transits. It consists of two metal plate sections -its flanges are inserted into the existing conduit and are joined together-the extention frame can then be spot-welded to the existing conduit leading to the installation of the fire safe sealing system, RISE.
