First fin stabiliser replacement afloat for UK RN

摘要

Underwater repair specialist UMC has continued to develop in water maintenance expertise with its first afloat fixed fin stabiliser replacement on a Type 23 frigate. This represents the culmination of efforts by UMC, in conjunction with the UK MoD's Warship Support Agency MXSSS Integrated Project Team, to establish comprehensive waterborne maintenance support for all fixed fin stabilisers fitted on the Royal Navy's major warships.
