The International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) has appointed Kwok Fook Sing as its new full-time regional manager of its Asia branch in Singapore. Kwok Fook Sing will be responsible for increasing technical support to members, both regionally and globally, as well as developing the IBIA training courses and the Asia membership.
