The disastrous Vickers K -Class submarine, which was the subject of an article in MET? in April 2009, was also mentioned in the article about the history of the submarine in the March 2004 edition, and this prompted one IMarEST member, John Jordan, to write to me with a very fascinating update on the evolution of the K-Class, for which I am most grateful.
