摘要

退船操練時、2号救命艇をデッキレベルまrnで降下することができなかった。その時、乗rn組員は通常のポート降下操作手順に従い、ハrnンドブレーキを解放位置に設定していたが、rn2号救命艇及び同ダビットはラッシングを外rnした状態で所定の場所に積み込まれたままでrnあった。%During an abandon ship drill, the No.2 lifeboat could not be lowered to the deck level. At that time crew members followed normal launching operation procedure and set hand brake device in the open position but the No.2 lifeboat and its davits remained stowed in position without lashings. Although they tried to pay out boat falls from the drum as operation without loading by inserting the unwinding handle into the handle fixing shaft which is a brake shaft end, they did not succeed in this attempt.
