New Products Showcased at All Candy Expo

This report covers the new confectionery products—new to the individual company—that were exhibited at the National Confectioners Association's 2000 All Candy Expo in Chicago. In addition to a strong American presence, a number of international confectioners also exhibited their product lines. Many of the international products appeared in the April 2000 Manufacturing Confectioner and will not be repeated here. Many thanks to the exhibitors for sharing the information in this report.
