Imperial Design Technologies provides a complete range of chocolate-moulding equipment for solid, one-rnshot and shell products in sizes from 300 mm to 1,200 mm wide; a complete range of extruder capabilities for box chocolates and bar centers; wirecuts/de-positors and dough-handling systems forrnthe baking industry. (Servo controls for all equipment.) Auxiliary equipment includes bar cutters, cold slabs and nut-inclusion systems. Spare parts for extruders and moulding lines include filler blocks, dies, piston blocks and deposit plates to fit various makesrnand models. A complete range of depositors for caramel, creams and chocolates, and custom-engineered equipment for specialty process and material handling are also available.
