New appointments at Jelly Belly

Jelly Belly Candy Co. made several changes to their international division. Ellen Welby assumes the newly created position of senior marketing manager - international, reporting to Sharon Duncan, vice president of international business. In her new assignment Welby will focus on planning and directing the marketing of the International Division's products and services. Welby has been with Jelly Belly Candy Company for 11 years, and has spent the past 5 years working as an international business manager. Prior to joining the company she worked as a marketing specialist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
