BBX Sweet Holdings has acquired the assets of the Toffee Box and Anastasia Confections. The Toffee Box product line offers five varieties of toffee. Its products are sold though various distribution channels including mainstream grocery chains, mass merchandisers, gift shops, online and at specialty retailers across the United States. The Toffee Box is headquartered in Carlsbad, California.
