Darrell Lea removes palm oil ingredient from chocolate

Licorice manufacturer Darrell Lea will remove palm oil from more than 100 of its products due to environmental and sus-tainability concerns.The company reviewed more than 200 individual ingredients in its products over two years.Sunflower oil will replace palm oil in the products and the company expects that all of its confectionery will be palm oil-free by November.
