A family-owned, waste-services business lives for excellence within Peoria, IL. Peoria Disposal Company (PDC) has maintained a strong presence in Central Illinois for more than 75 years and shows no signs of weakening. Founded in 1928, John Coulter, grandfather of the current president and chief executive officer Royal Coulter, had one goal in mind: to strive to earn the business of every single customer in Peoria and provide each with excellent service. The company has grown considerably since its inception and has developed a regional presence in the waste business. Today, the organization comprises 19 entities, representing four landfills, several waste hauling companies, environmental testing laboratories, and technical service groups.
