The past couple of months have been a heady time for Intel Mac owners. First, hackers came up with a way to install Windows XP on an Intel-based Mac. Then Apple got in on the act with Boot Camp, and officially allowed Intel-based Mac owners to boot into Windows. No sooner had we got used to Boot Camp when Parallels (www.parallels.com) unveiled Parallels Workstation, a new virtual machine solution for Intel-based Macs. This new program enables users to run Windows (and a whole host of other operating systems) directly from OS X. Think of Microsoft's Virtual PC without the juddering slowdown and you're on the right track. So, just how many operating systems can you squeeze into a Mac mini, and will they all work?
