NINETEEN MONTHS AFTER THE ONSET OF THE PANDEMIC, organizations are still navigating strenuous supply chain challenges that ramped up when outbreaks first began-from asset capacity, labor, drivers, materials and inventory shortages. Supply chain shortcomings were exposed this past year and a half, and it has become clear that many operations were woefully underprepared and lacking the necessary resilience and agility to deal with and counteract this unprecedented event.
