Three out of four London schemes are light rail

London's commitment to expanding its light rail network is demonstrated in that three of the capital's four major development projects are in this mode, Transport for London's rail division Managing Director lan Brown told the Light Rail 07 Conference in hisrnrallying keynote speech.
