FUND FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF COMPETITION IN THE FRENCH PUBLIC TRANSPORT SECTOR

In the context of the French Competition Authority's decision no. 10-DCC-198 of 30 December 2010, a fund has been put in place to enhance competition in the urban transport services sector, with a view: > To finance consulting services purchased by public transport authorities ("PTA") concerned, so as to strengthen the role of such PTAs in the effectiveness of the tender procedures (grant of lump sums to the PTAs concerned in order to contribute to the payment of all or part of outside consulting costs).
