New Technologies: A New Reference Search Service and a Couple of Web Browsers

There are many useful search services available on the internet, such as Google and others, but these services do not answer questions or provide information directly. When you enter a search term into a search service, you will generally receive a list of web sites where the answer to your question might or might not be found, then you might be able to find the answer by skimming the summary text of the web pages listed in the results. There are few search services that try to provide direct answers, such as Microsoft's new MSN Search, Ask Jeeves or Amazon's A9 search service which has a button called reference that provides some answers. There is a new search service or reference search service which provides answers to search queries. It is called Answers.com, and it is located at www.answers.com. Answers.com is different from standard search engines that provide a list of links for you to follow.
