En vue d'une marche du haut-fourneau à fort taux d'injection de charbon, des types d'agglomérés courants, caractérisés par des propriétés différentes, ont été étudiés au moyen d'essais représentatifs d'une marche à fort PCR. Les conditions de production d'un aggloméré de haute qualité à faible poids de laitier par granulation de fines de minerai ont été définies. Ce type d'aggloméré est maintenant produit avec succès sur la chaîne d'agglomération n° 5 de l'usine de Fukuyama.%To achieve blast furnace operation with high pulverized coal injection, typical sinters having different properties were evaluated experimentally, based on the high PCR operation. Production conditions of the high quality sinter containing low slag volume was established introducing fine ore granulation methods. High quality sinter is now successfully produced at Fukuyama No. 5 sinter plant.
