Many of you may have become aware of a recent video about leather posted on Peta's website1. Over the sad music that is playing, fashion designer, Stella McCartney introduces her video by explaining that she does not want to tell people what to wear, but wants to:'...give you the facts so that you can make informed decisions next time you are considering buying leather'. Well, I whole heartedly agree with McCartney's sentiment on this; I think that in any aspect of our lives it is imperative that wherever possible our decisions are based on facts; true facts that is.
