Chinese immigrants' occupational well-being in Finland: the role of paternalistic leadership

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to enhance the understanding of paternalistic leadership behaviour in the Finnish organisational context by investigating its relationship with Chinese immigrant employees' occupational well-being.
