摘要

We are often uncomfortable with the idea of being called a follower. We want to act as a leader and be recognized as a leader. And we want everyone who works for us to be a leader.rnWhat's wrong with that picture? First, when we lead, don't we want those who report to us to follow? Second, if we report to a leader, doesn't that leader expect us to support his or her values, vision, and strategy? Isn't that following?
