Megacable unlikely to launch mobile voice before early 2011

Mexican cableco Megacable has said that it may delay its launch of mobile voice services until early 2011, having not yet signed a deal with a partner for the introduction of such services. Megacable CEO Enrique Yamuni hadrnsuggested in May 2010 that the cableco would link up with Telefonica with a view to inaugurating mobile services by the third quarter of 2010, but no concrete arrangement between Megacable and Telefonica has been reached yet.
