Brazil's Memora acquires peer Oraex

Brazilian IT supplier for the public sector Memora has acquired Oraex, an IT company that operates in the private sector. Although the value of the transaction was not disclosed, based on the negotiations, Memora estimates a global turnover of BRL 100 million by 2021, reports Telesintese. Oraex has expertise in technology infrastructure and cloud computing, and its customer portfolio includes Magalu, Getnet, Santander and Grupo Ultra. Besides Brazil, Oraex also has customers and offices in the US, is about to sign a contract in Australia and is negotiating contracts in Argentina and Mexico.
