One of the most frequently heard frustrations that I have heard from other storm water professionals and my colleages in the erosion control industry is getting the storm water pollution prevention plan implemented during construction. What are the issues? What can we do? What does it take? What has been tried? This has been such an overriding problem that this is the second article that I am writing about it. In my last article I identified several gaps in the procedures that I frequently see used.
