Obtaining our research reports - These research reports may be profiled in future editions of NZTA research but are already freely available online . They can also be purchased in hard copy from about $15 to $40 each. Email research@ nzta.govt.nz to order any of these reports, or to ask any questions regarding the NZTA's research programme. Demand responsive passenger transport (DRT) services are seen as a cure for high-cost bus services in low-demand areas. DRT services cover a wide spectrum and international experience shows mixed success.
