Characteristics of Modal Choice Based on Person Trip Survey Data

摘要

In this study, to promote effectively the strategy for traffic control, the structure of modal choice in urban area is studied on the basis of Northern Kyushu person trip survey. Firstly, the classification of trip purposes and transport means are difference among surveyed years. Therefore, those common classifications are proposed considering the similarity of distribution of trip purposes and transport means.
