ITMA 60th anniversary logo unveiled

ITMA will celebrate its 60th birthday in 2011 in the host city of Barcelona, and to mark the occasion, CEMATEX unveiled an anniversary logo at a special networking reception held during ITMA Asia + CITME in Shanghai. Speaking at the event, CEMATEX president Edward Roberts said: "It is interesting that ITMA's history preceded that of CEMATEX's. The first ITMA show was held in 1951 in France. CEMATEX was founded in the following year in order to unite the European textile machinery industry and to concentrate the textile machinery market at one trade fair venue."
