摘要

Strontium hexaferrite (SrM) powder was used to produce wax-based pastes for warm extrusion and sintering to give high-density SrM magnets. Fracture and deagglomeration of the initial powders were carried out using vibration milling. The paste behaviour was modelled by the Benbow-Bridgwater method. Radial orientation of the magnetic particles was achieved by using permanent magnets in a die. The magnetic properties have been improved through an enhanced alignment of the grains in the sintered anisotropic SrM magnets.
