In this paper, Competitive Facilities Location Problem (CFLP) based on a new Spatial Interaction Model that was presented in the previous paper is concerned. First, the formations of CFLP are given, and the method of finding the optimal location and the equilibrium location are presented. Secondly, location problems on a seg ment are dealt and optimal and equilibrium locations are analyzed. Next, location problems on a plane are dealt, and equilibrium locations in 2-dimensional space are analyzed.
