摘要

A method of determining orthophosphate ions (≥ 0.6 μg/dm~3) in natural, drinking, and purified waters was developed; it was based on the formation of oxidized or reduced forms of 12-molybdophosphate heteropolycomplex, separation of the complex by extraction with butyl acetate, and photometric determination of molybdenum in re-extract by reaction with phenylfluorone in the presence of neonol. Factors affecting the extraction degree of heteropolycomplex and the optical density value of an idle experiment were studied in detail.
