Transport Policy: Learning Lessons from History

As the 15-20 year cycle of legislation on bus service regulation comes round again and the successes of past governments in tackling smog and lead pollution echo through current debates around diesel emissions, the advantages of reversing this state of affairs in transport policy are obvious.
