EXPERIENCE WITH VAGINAL RECONSTRUCTION USING PUDENDAL-THIGH FLAPS-REPORT OF 9 CASES

Objective To review our experience of vaginal reconstruction using pudendal-thigh flap. Methods In the past 4 years, 9 patients suffering from the congenital vagina agenesis underwent vaginal Reconstruction using the pudendal-thigh flaps. The modifications of he surgical technique were de- Tailed. Results All patients recovered satisfactorily from surgery and have been followed-up for a mean of 1.5 Years.
