The Paving Process: Interactive Teaching Methods for Comprehending the Size and Scale of Infrastructure Projects

This forum's objective is to present a three-credit-hour, split-level immersion centered summer course, entitled Special Topics-The Paving Process, in which the size and scale of one transportation infrastructure project (Hail State Boulevard, or HSB) was the focal point. The primary motivation for this forum was to demonstrate some manners that a case study-focused teaching exercise involving practitioners can be conducted so that others can use this as a guide and an encouragement that the exercise is possible and can improve student experiences.
