The appeal was made under s.195 of the TCPA 1990 against a refusal to grant a certificate of lawful use or development under s.192 for the erection of an outbuilding. The inspector gave the following decision:1.I allow the appeal, and I attach to this decision a certificate of lawful use or development describing the proposed operation which I consider to be lawful. 2. The appeal site consists of an irregularly shaped residential plot to both the north and east of Tinkers Lane. It contains a detached house, set at an angle to the road towards the northern end of the plot, with a number of outbuildings beyond it. The certificate sought is for the construction of a pitched roof storage building some 3.6m in height to the ridge, 8.3m wide and 6.6m deep.
