The appeal was made under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s.78 against a refusal to grant planning permission for the demolition of a former care home and the construction of 35 residential units. The Secretary of State gave the following decision: 1. The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of the existing building and the erection of a part two-storey, part three-storey building with additional roof level and basement level to provide 35 residential units (Use Class C3), parking and landscaping at Church Walk House, Church Walk, Childs Hill, London, NW2 2TJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref.l5/05969/FUL, dated 23 September 2015, subject to the conditions on the attached Sch.A.
