We were welcomed to New Hampshire by the Co-Moderators, Kristen M. Berger, P.E., Project Manager, Comprehensive Environmental, Inc., Marlborough, MA, and Robert J. Williamson, P.E., Senior Project Manager, Wright-Pierce, Inc., Portland, ME. The first presentation of the morning was the "New Hampshire Drinking Water Legislation Update" by Philip H. Bilodeau, P.E., Deputy Director, Concord General Services Department, Concord, NH. Phil gave an overview of the drinking water legislation that passed during New Hampshire's 2011 legislative session and the highlights of pending legislation for 2012 and which bills were the ones to be most concerned about.
