We were welcomed to New Hampshire by the co-moderators Donald L. Ware, P.E., Chief Operating Officer, Pennichuck Corporation, Merrimack, NH, and Kristen Berger, P.E., ENV SP, Project Manager, Comprehensive Environmental Inc., Marlborough, MA. They introduced the program for the morning and the first presentation was "New Hampshire Drinking Water Legislation Update" Philip H. Bilodeau, P.E., Deputy Director, Concord General Services Department, Concord, NH. Phil brought the group up to date as to what drinking water legislation passed during New Hampshire's 2013 legislative session and highlights of pending legislation for 2014.
