摘要

This paper presents an appropriate linear model for the examination and for the scheduling of passengers transportation through a spoke-hub worldwide airlines networks. An airplanes schedule that meets supply and demand of passengers is targeted. The problem has been formulated as a linear model, Tora for windows software version 2.0, 2006 is used as a solving tool. The developed modelling methodology has been applied to many different real-life cases, one of them is presented in this paper. Feasibility and rationality of solutions are validated based on optimistic response acquired from one of the world's known international airlines, and based on similar solutions obtained as an output of another research work being conducted by authors.
