摘要

When Li~+ was partially substituted for Ti~4+ in MtiO_3 (M = Ca, Sr), a remarkable improvement in the C_2H_4 selectivity was observed for the Oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane (ODHE). A C_2H_4 selectivity of 77.4/100 And a C_2H_6 conversion of 81.7/100 could be obtained over CaTi_0.9Li_0.1O_3-δ at 850 deg. C. The effects of Li-doping were explained by the increment of p- semiconductivity and non-fully reduced oxygen species.
