Synthesis of zsm-5 zeolites using alkoxide Hydrolyzing method

Tetraethyl orthosilicate 9TEOS) and AlCl_3 were used in the synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolites. In comparison, sodium silicate and aluminum sulfate were also used in synthesizing ZSM-5, which is a conventional method. The X-ray diffraction patterns, TGA/DTA measurement, infrared absorption spectra, adsorption of n-hexane of as-made products were presented for identification and comparison.
