Die DZLM-Gestaltungsprinzipien für Fortbildungen

National and international research on teacher education provides implications for criteria of efficient in-service teacher training. Based on a review of the current state of research with a special focus on mathematics, six design principles of in-service training have been generated by the German Centre for Mathematics Teacher Education (DZLM). In the following these are discussed on the basis of the relevant literature and research. They are illustrated by concrete examples from the work of the German Centre for Mathematics Teacher Education.
