X-Ray Investigation of Micro-Structural Parameters of Casted Nickel Based Superalloy

摘要

Aim of the present work is X-Ray investigation of the micro-structural parameters of casted Ni-Cr-Mo superalloy, after different heat treatments. The micro-structural parameters of the solid solutions, like the domain size D and the micro-strains of the lattice e were investigated. The method allows the micro-structural parameters of the superalloys to be calculated on the basis of a single diffraction line.
