Questions about Legislative Institutional Change and Transformation in Eastern and East Central Europe: Beyond the Initial Decade

In the second post-communist decade, post 2000, regional contrasts between Eastern Europe and East Central Europe have become more explicit in legislative developments as differences in communist parties' performance, leadership roles, and country stability and international focus.
