A l'occasion de l'exérèse d'un hémangiopéricytome de la fosse infra temporale avec extension au cavum, les auteurs rappellent les caractéristiques de cette tumeur vasculaire rare et récidivante à potentiel malin qui nécessite une exérèse large d'emblée. Le recours à la voie cervico-trans-orale permet l'abord de la fosse infra temporale en offrant un bon contrôle de l'axe vasculaire jugulo-carotidien et des éléments nerveux de cette région tout en évitant l'abord de la loge parotidienne et la dissection préalable du nerf facial qui alourdit l'accès direct par voie latérale.%Authors present one case of hemangiopericytoma of the infra-temporal fossa and the lateral wall of the nasopharynx.
