The integrated (re) development of station locations offers a wealth of new opportunities and revenue possibilities. Stations are often located right in the heart of cities. They are locations with a wide variety of problems, but at the same time plenty of opportunities for rejuvenating the city's core by generating a strong visual presence and projecting a positive image.
