REPORT ON THE IASS-APCS 2012 SYMPOSIUM, SEOUL (KOREA)

摘要

Technical exchanges on spatial structures in Korea began with the first Korea-Japan Colloquium on Shell and Spatial Structures, held in 1984. Korea's neighboring countries in Asia began participating in the event, and later the Asia-Pacific Conference on Shell and Spatial Structures (APCS) was established. The 6th APCS was held in Seoul in 2000. Under the theme "From Spatial Structures to Space Structures," the IASS-APCS 2012 was organized by the Korean Association for Spatial Structures (KASS) and was held at the Prima Hotel in Seoul on May 21-24, 2012. KASS is an academic society founded in 2001 to promote research on spatial structures in Korea.
