PERSONAL SECURITY ACCESS THROUGH THEHUMAN BODY

This article describes the operational principles and applications of a new system for personal security access which can be used on its own or in combination with existing systems. Most of today's security access systems work by entering some device (e.g. a swipe card with recorded identification data), entering a code on a keypad, touching a contactless smart card on a reader, using a biometric data reader, initiating some device (e.g. a button on a remote control) or carrying the remote unit of a keyless entry system (in the latter two cases a oneway short range radio channel is used to transmit the identification data).
