E-govemment initiatives have already been implemented in many countries with the aim of boosting user satisfaction in public services, reducing administrative burdens across the board and increasing the efficiency and transparency of the public administration. However, there is a paradox in that although administrations have the necessary data, they do not make sufficiently effective use of it Why is that? The team from Serbia's University of Novi Sad explore the puzzling picture.
